Midi file formatsWe provide our songs as a standard midi file for GM/GS and XG in the Format 0. All data is mixed into one track. Format 0 has the advantage that all keyboards and midi file players can play these files. On request it is also possible to obtain the midi files, directly from Midi-Land, in the format 1 (separate tracks). This format however, is recommended only for computer owners with high-quality Sequencer programs such as Cakewalk, Cubase or Logic. Converting midi files into format 1 from format 0 can easily be done with our KeyboardTexter software. Among other things the instrument names of the individual tracks are inserted. |
